Message to our Customers Some of our existing customers have used, or are using off the shelf Contact Manager software products (IE: ACT!, Goldmine, TeleMagic, SalesLogix). These programs are popular worldwide and have a combined user base of hundredsof thousands of clients.
Many customers have asked us why we would not provide a link or integrate to these third party programs. Although the thought is quite logical, the reality is that the limited number of units we could ship for the large contact software firms does not meet their minimum dealer requirements of thousands of packages per year.
While pricing for their basic systems are quite affordable, once you get involved with the multi-user licenses, you could easily spend $1,000+, and still not have any integration. In addition, like many other industries, the majority of these contact manager products have been acquired and sold recently, making it even more difficult to share technology.
Therefore we decided to continue forward with our goal to offer our customers a useful, affordable and truly integrated customer management database module. Your input for ongoing features will be greatly appreciated!
