Estimating - Sales Order Entry
The Visual printLEADER Estimating and-Sales Order Entry system will automate and control all of your customer quotations, work orders and invoices.  All Billing, Shipping, customer notes, credit information, and job scheduling is created, edited and maintained in this module.

The "Details" tab is where you will generate all orders for Printing, Copying, Brokered Sales and Department only pricing.

Easily modify press speeds, makeready times, waste factors, paper markups, quantities, # of lots, ink selections, paper or metal plates, parent sheet calculations, cuts per lift, notes and more. All prices and operations are visible from one master "electronic order form".

Unlimited number of items (printshop orders, copy orders, brokered sales,     OTC items) per quote or order. Each item can be flagged as Taxable Y/N,    Commission Y/N, and Discounted Y/N.  Each item may also have its own    storage of notes and comments. Freight charges are also Taxable Y/N.

Additional charges for type, film, inks, bindery, packaging etc., are all achieved using the Departments feature.
 

Simply highlight the required functions and press a button for automatic calculations.  Any minimum, setup charges and discounts will be priced accordingly. Individual memo lines can be stored per function.
