The Visual printLEADER Pricing Module is the engine of your system.  The Pricing Module contains all of the user defined prices Visual printLEADER w use to calculate your Estimates and Invoices.  It will allow you immediate response to the inevitable changes that occur in the course of doing business.  It also provides the ease of use and flexibility to stay competitive and profitable.

You may also add new presses by "copying" existing press databases for faster data entry.

Paper Stocks
Add, modify and maintain an unlimited library of user defined paper stocks

Each database record contains  the name of the paper, a category selection (bonds, coated, card, carbonless), a press speed control factor, lift size setting for automatic cutting  calculations, up to 16 different paper sizes to store your price per M, a width x length setting for parent sheet cutting calculations, markup factors, and  waste factors. You may also add new papers by "copying" existing paper records for faster data entry

Copiers
Add, modify and maintain an unlimited number of copy machine entries in your pricing module.

Visual printLEADER will provide you with a competitive pricing matrix for each copier (hi volume B&W, color copiers, and convenience copiers).  Each copier has its own minimum price setting, a number of impressions/clicks per hour setting, your estimated cost per click, cost of labor, number of hours available per day, an image capture feature for each machine, and paper size settings. You may also add new copiers by "copying" an existing copy machine's database for faster data entry.
 

Departments
Create, edit, maintain as many pre-press (type, graphics, film, plates, etc.) and post-press (bindery, finishing, mailing, etc.) departments as you like.

Each individual department can store an unlimited number of line item functions and operations as well.  Department settings include hourly billing rates, cost center assignments, production hours per day, cost of labor, up to 4 additional quantity discount settings per function, line item descriptions, price per unit or per M, minimum charges, set-up fees, production times, cost of material, waste factors, and formula settings for automatic pricing calculations.
